Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. Digital products & cancellation
Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is complete and the download has been made available — all sales are generally final once the file has been downloaded. If you paid but have not downloaded the file and contact us within 24 hours, we will review cancellation requests case by case.
2. When we do refund
- Duplicate payment — charged twice for the same order? Full refund of the duplicate, no questions asked.
- Payment deducted but product not delivered — if payment succeeded but you never received a working download link (and support could not resolve it), you get a full refund.
- File is corrupt or materially different from its description — reported within 7 days of purchase, we will fix it or refund you.
3. How to request
Email support@payodigi.com with your Order ID and a short description of the issue. We respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Paytm, typically within 5–7 working days.
4. Failed payments
If a payment fails but money was deducted from your account, it is normally auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days. If it isn't, contact us with the transaction reference.
